Kevin Cotter — Speaker Bio
Kevin Cotter doesn’t speak about mental health from theory—he speaks from lived transformation.
After battling suicidal depression, Kevin rebuilt his life from the ground up using a simple but powerful principle: intentional choices. What started as survival became a system. What became a system became a mission.
Today, Kevin is the founder of ReBuilt Stronger and a mental health speaker focused on helping individuals and organizations rethink how they approach emotional well-being, resilience, and performance. His message is direct, relatable, and actionable—designed not just to inspire, but to create real change.
With a background in healthcare and years of experience working alongside hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and frontline professionals, Kevin understands the pressures people face every day. He brings that real-world awareness into every talk, connecting deeply with audiences ranging from corporate teams to first responders to community organizations.
Kevin’s core philosophy is simple:
You don’t need a new life—you need new decisions.
Through his signature Awareness, Analysis, and Adjustment framework, Kevin shows audiences how to take control of their thoughts, challenge what isn’t serving them, and make intentional shifts that lead to lasting change.
His mission is to make the pursuit of mental health as admired—and as pursued—as physical fitness.
When Kevin speaks, audiences don’t just listen.
They reflect. They engage. And most importantly—they leave with a clear path forward.
